Scope Collaboration
Let's start to collect what your aspirations and requirements are. In Agile software development, we call them epics and features .
By discussion and/or your input let's gather:
Work Item | Description | Examples |
---|---|---|
Epics |
What difference is this software going to make to your business or product? |
All my employees will be able to work offline increasing accuracy of data input regardless of connectivity in the field. I want my software application to decrease data display latency to 20ms so there is more accurate reflection of the system state on the display. |
Features |
What kind of things do you want the software to do to achieve those epic(s)? |
Synchronise client database at main server with offline database. Select data channels on server for display on main page. |
Logging Your Ideas
Sometimes, after discussions, you might think of something. You can add it here:
-
Sign into the team space supplied to you by bitcreations.
(you may also receive an email from Microsoft pointing to this teamspace)
You may need to register for a Microsoft account if you haven't already done so.
Look for:
- From the dashboard:
Start adding some goals / incentives / aspirations called epics .
Start adding some things you want the software to do called features .
